Service
We warranty each baker, including parts and labor, for one full year from the date of purchase. After your initial warranty period ends, we offer an extended warranty (see below) for the life of your baker.
At CoBatCo, we are proud to offer the highest possible level of service. Our goal is to eliminate the stress you feel when your baker isn’t working by getting you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Extended Warranty (free product replacement program):
After the initial warranty expires, we will replace an inoperative baker at no cost for any customer that uses the appropriate amount of CoBatCo or CoBatCo-approved mixes exclusively. This unique program ensures you are up and running with minimal downtime — and more importantly, minimal lost sales and unhappy customers.
